Check in rules

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 30 minutes before departure. Online registration begins 48 hours before departure and closes 30 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 25 cm, weighing up to 10 kg (for business class) and 7 kg (for economy class). The maximum weight of checked baggage is 40 kg (for business class) and 30 kg (for economy class), size - up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.
