Japan Transocean Air Online Check-in is available for both domestic and international flights. Japan Transocean Air Carry-on Baggage Allowance: it may not exceed 55cm × 40cm × 25cm=115cm in size and 10 kg in weight. Japan Transocean Air Checked and Excess Baggage Allowance: up to 20kg is free of charge for each passenger; up to 45kg is free of charge for First Class passengers; total dimension of checked baggage is 50cm x 60cm x 120cm; for items exceeding the free allowance while within a total weight of 100kg (maximum to 32kg per item), you may check them in with an Excess Baggage Charge; total weight must not exceed 45kg.

For children aged 6-7 years old, an escort service is mandatory. For children 7-11 years old the service is available upon request.

Passengers accompanying children under 3 years of age (8 days and older) cannot occupy emergency exit seats for safety reasons. If you are traveling with 2 children under 3 years of age (8 days and older) and would like to sit next to each other, choose a priority seat for "guests with 2 infants".
