Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost of flights is 10% of the regular adult fare.

The JSX allows customers to transport medium- and large-sized dogs in the cabin. The pet must weigh 65 pounds or less. For dogs that are too large to occupy the approved pet carrier under the seat, customers must purchase an adjoining seat at the advertised price, and the dog will be allowed to lie on the floor directly in front of the seat.
