Check in rules

The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Instead, passengers must check in at the airport. The airline recommends that passengers arrive at the airport three hours before their scheduled departure time. Check-in desks close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Passengers can take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 25 cm and weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (68 x 54 x 35 cm).

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants under seven days of age are not allowed on the flight. Each adult passenger is entitled to carry only one infant with him/her without providing a separate seat. If one adult travels with two infants, a child ticket must be purchased for one of the infants.
