Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends three hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

The airline allows you to carry one hand baggage and one personal item in the cabin. A hand baggage item may weigh no more than 8kg and have maximum dimensions of 56 x 36 x 23cm (including handles and wheels). Personal items may not exceed 45 x 35 x 20 cm. Free checked-in baggage allowance: up to 23 kg, maximum dimensions 50 x 38 x 70.

Children over the age of eight can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 8-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not mandatory and can be booked at the parents' request.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the airplane. Instead, the infant must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children over two years of age must have their seat on the plane. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

The airline allows the carriage of animals in the cabin. The permissible weight of the animal, together with the container, is 6 kg. The container must be no larger than L 43 cm x W 31 cm x H 21 cm. Animals are not allowed in the luggage compartment on Jetair flights.
