Fly Allways does not yet offer online check-in for its flights. Check-in desks at the airport open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Each adult/child has a free checked baggage allowance of 23 kg. With a maximum size of 55 cm long, 25 cm wide, and 120 cm high, together a total of 200 cm . This rate does not include the hand baggage allowance (unchecked baggage).

FlyAllways accepts unaccompanied minors under special conditions. For more information about services for unaccompanied minors, please contact one of the airline's sales offices.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the airplane. The infant must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult travels with two infants, a seat must be purchased for one of the infants.

FlyAllways does not transport pets.
