Beond is a new Maldivian airline founded in 2022. The airline offers a premium leisure service connecting the Maldives with points in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Beond is commencing operations with A319 aircraft configured in a single class 44 seat premium layout. These aircraft require a refueling stop on the longer routes but this will change once Beond receives its A321neos. These will feature an increased seating capacity to 68 seats and a much improved range performance. All seats can be converted to lie flat beds and the airline promises a revolutionary inflight entertainment product.

Check in rules

Beond Airlines is in the process of enhancing its online check-in system for a more streamlined experience. Until then, passengers are kindly requested to check in at the Beond counter at the airport, which opens 3 hours prior to departure. The airline appreciates the understanding and patience of its valued customers during this transitional phase.

Baggage

At Beond Airlines, baggage allowances are determined by your fare category: Delight and Bliss both offer up to 4 bags totalling 40 KGs, while Opulence allows up to 4 bags with a combined weight of 60 KGs. Each individual bag should not exceed 32kg and must have total dimensions (width + depth + height) under 158 cm. For carry-on, Delight and Bliss passengers can bring up to 10 KGs, and Opulence passengers up to 15 KGs, with each item's maximum size being 56 х 40 х 25 cm. All cabin baggage should fit in the overhead lockers.

Unaccompanied minors

Beond Airlines is dedicated to providing an exceptional and memorable flying experience for all its passengers. Those aged 5 to 11 qualify for a child fare but must travel with an adult. The airline doesn't offer services for unaccompanied minors, and any passenger under 16 must have adult accompaniment. Beond Airlines prioritizes safety and appreciates passengers' understanding of these policies.

Infants

Beond Airlines has specific guidelines for young travelers. Infants and children under 5 are not permitted on flights.

Pets

Currently, Beond airline kindly requests passengers refrain from bringing pets on board. This policy ensures a smooth journey for all, taking into account potential allergies and disruptions.
