Online check-in is available for passengers 24 hours before departure. You can also check in at the airport. Check-in desks open 3 hours before departure for international flights and one hour for domestic flights. Check-in counters close one hour before departure for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights.

Passengers are allowed one piece of carry-on baggage per customer. Baggage may not be heavier than the permitted weight of 7 kg and may not exceed the dimensions of 15 x 22 x 3 cm (6 x 8 x 14 inches). On international flights passengers are allowed one piece of check-in baggage per customer. The weight of checked-in baggage for economy class passengers may not exceed 20 kg, and for business class passengers 30 kg. On domestic flights, adults and children are allowed 20 kg of checked baggage for all classes. On all flights, infants are allowed 10 kg of checked baggage. The dimensions of all checked baggage may not exceed 40 x 60 x 100 cm (15 x 24 x 40 inches).

Children aged 5 to 15 (up to and including 16 years old) may travel alone. To request an escort service, you must contact the airline and state your specific needs at the time of booking.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. An infant may travel free of charge, provided that it does not occupy a seat, but is in the arms of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for the infant.

Passengers can carry any pet in the cargo compartment. The airline does not allow pets in the cabin. A certificate of vaccination will also be required. A cargo fare applies for transporting pets.
