Centrum Air is a new Uzbek airline based in Tashkent. It is part of the cargo airline: My Freighter Airlines, operating as the passenger arm of the business. The airline provides domestic low cost services as well as international services and holiday charters. When accepting a passenger for carriage, the passenger is obliged to arrive for Centrum Air check-in at the time indicated by the airline, provide all necessary and valid documents (passport or other identity document, visas, if necessary, results of medical examinations, etc.

Baggage
Centrum Air baggage allowance varies by fare and route. Carry-on baggage is generally limited to 8 kg (17.6 lb) and 55 × 35 × 25 cm (115 cm total), while checked baggage may include 1 or 2 pieces of 23 kg or 32 kg each, depending on the fare and route, with a maximum of 158 cm total dimensions per bag. From 26 October 2026, BASE fares include only one personal item up to 3 kg (6.6 lb) and 30 × 40 × 20 cm, with no regular cabin baggage included.

Passenger shall notify Centrum Air of any additional services required when a seat is requested for the carriage of special categories of passengers (passengers with small children, unaccompanied children, passengers with physical or mental disabilities, sick passengers, passengers with reduced mobility requiring additional means of carriage) to ensure that such information is taken into account both at the time of booking and sale of the air ticket, and at the time of service acceptance for carriage and on board of the aircraft.

Bookings for special categories of passengers like infants should be requested no later than 36 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the Centrum Air flight to ensure that the special service requested will be provided.

Centrum Air allows cats and dogs in the cabin only, with a combined pet and carrier weight of up to 10 kg (22 lb). The service must be requested at least 24 hours before departure and is subject to availability and a fee. Pets must remain in an appropriate closed carrier under the seat throughout the flight, and passengers must provide all required pet passports, vaccination, veterinary, and travel documents.
