Infants aged 0-5 months should sit on an adult's lap and be held in place by the infant harness. There is no minimum age limit for an infant. One adult may not be responsible for more than two infants. If one adult is traveling with two infants, at least one of the infants must be over six months old and placed in a car seat. If both infants are less than six months old, they must be accompanied by an additional responsible adult. Infants under two years of age may travel as long as they sit on an adult's lap (one child per adult). A maximum of eight infants must be carried on board each flight.
