Fly91 recommends that Customers reach check-in counters at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Customers can use Fly91 airline website to book a flight at any time up to one hour prior to the scheduled departure. Once a booking is paid passengers are auto checked-in for their flights and a Boarding Pass is issued. It is the responsibility of Customers to ensure that the Baggage Identification Tag for their Checked-in Baggage is issued at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time of their flight. To ensure timely departure, boarding gates will close twenty-five minutes before the departure time

Each Fly 91 Passenger is allowed one piece of Hand Baggage weighing a maximum of 7 (seven) kgs and not surpassing specified dimensions, unless exclusions and additional restrictions apply: L 35cm x 30cm x 20cm. If the transfer to the Checked-in Baggage compartment is due to excess weight beyond the allowable limit for Hand Baggage, the Customer will be charged for the excess weight. Passengers travelling with Infants are granted an extra piece of Hand Baggage weighing a maximum of 7 kg. In addition Fly91 permits a Passenger to carry one additional personal item such as a ladies’ purse or a small bag holding a laptop not exceeding 3 kg (inclusive of duty-free items bought at an airport). Checked-in Baggage maximum dimensions must conform to the following 69 x 53 x 36 cm with up to 15kgs free allowance and maximum weight 32kg.

Children aged 6-12 years that are travelling alone must either be accompanied by a customer aged 18 or older or categorized as Unaccompanied Minors. Fly91 may allow Unaccompanied Minors to travel upon payment of applicable fees. They should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure with Parent or guardian submits a duly updated and signed copy of the UM form to Fly91 staff. Valid photo identification required for both the minor and the parent or guardian at check-in. A Fly91 staff member accompanies the minor to the aircraft, handing them over to cabin crew for supervision. Parent or guardian must remain at the airport until the flight departs.

Infants under 7 days old are not allowed to travel. An infant must be accompanied by an adult during travel. Failure to provide valid proof of age may result in the child being considered as not an infant, and the full applicable tariff for the date of travel must be paid, subject to seat availability. No additional seats can be reserved for infants; they must be seated on an adult's lap. A maximum of 5 infants are allowed on any Fly91 airline flight, and a customer traveling with an infant can book a seat, subject to availability. Only one infant per adult customer is permitted for safety and operational requirements.

Carriage of pets (excluding Guide/Service Dogs) is subject to a service fee per Sector as outlined in the Tariff Sheet available on the Fly91 website. Pets, other than Guide/Service Dogs, must be in a suitable ventilated Container with dimensions not exceeding 17”x10”x8”. The weight of the Pet plus the Container should not exceed 7 (seven) kgs. A maximum of one pet is allowed per flight in the passenger cabin.
