Check in rules

Check-in can be done at the airport. Check-in desks open 2 hours before departure.


Baggage allowance is dependent on the type of fare you have purchased, and is shown on your itinerary. Seat2Go Fares include a carry-on allowance of 7 kilograms only. There is no checked baggage allowance on this fare type. Fully Flexible and Seat + Bag Fares include a single piece of checked-in baggage weighing up to a maximum of 23 kilograms, with the dimensions not exceeding 158 centimetres in linear measurement (Width+height+length).

Unaccompanied minors

The airline provides a service of escorting minors. You can find out about the rules of unaccompanied children's travel in the information desk of the airline.


Infants (i.e, children under the age of 24 months) may travel for an infant fare, when accompanied by and booked at the same time as an adult passenger, and occupying the same seat as that passenger. Any newborn infant, less than 7 days old, will not be permitted to travel, unless special arrangements are made with airline.
