You can request this service when booking your flight or at least 4 hours before the departure of your flight (subject to availability). Pet must be at least 8 weeks old. Transport Bag (Soft): measurements - 40 cm long X 33 cm wide X 23 cm high; weight (between pet and container) - 10 kg / 15 lbs. Transport cage / Kennel (Hard): measures - 36 cm long X 33 cm wide X 19 cm high; weight (between pet and container) - 10 kg.
