Check in rules

For travelers flying with i-Fly Air, understanding the check-in procedures is crucial for a smooth journey. it's advisable to arrive at the airport well in advance of your flight. This ensures ample time for any potential check-in requirements or unexpected delays. Check-in counters at Wilson open 1hr 30mins before departure time and close 45 minutes to the departure time for Wajir and Mandera flights. Check-in counters at JKIA open 2hrs before departure time and close 45 minutes to the departure time for Mogadishu and Juba flights.

Baggage

i-Fly Air 20kgs free luggage per adult inclusive of hand luggage. That is‚ 15kgs for check-in baggage and 5kgs for hand luggage. Any extra kg will be charged at the check-in desk. Infants do not get any baggage allowance.

Unaccompanied minors

An unaccompanied minor is a child from 5 up to and including 14 years of age. Children younger than 5 will not be accepted to travel unaccompanied; i-Fly airline does not provide escort service. The child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or a person who has a minimum age of 18yrs at both airport of departure and arrival. Conditions of Unaccompanied Minor acceptance. Advance reservations must be made at least 24 hours before departure. Unaccompanied Minors will be accepted on I-FLY AIR itineraries provided that prior to travel the Unaccompanied Minor request has been confirmed by the airline concerned.

Infants

New Mothers –Within 7 days after birth. Doctor’s approval certificate required declaring the passenger fit to travel.by air Passenger shall be required to fill I-Fly Air Medical Declaration form.

Pets

i-Fly Air does not accept animals or pets for carriage on our flights.
