For Berjaya Air domestic flights, check-in opens 90 min and closes 30 minutes before departure. For international flights, check-in opens 3 hours and closes 1 hour before departure. Berjaya Air Check-in rules

Berjaya Air includes 15 kg of checked baggage (maximum dimensions 72 × 48 × 29 cm) and one carry-on bag up to 7 kg (maximum dimensions 36 × 56 × 23 cm) per passenger, except infants. Any baggage exceeding the permitted weight or size limits may be subject to excess baggage charges. For safety reasons, a single checked bag cannot exceed 30 kg, except for mobility equipment.

Berjaya Air Baggage rules

Berjaya Air classifies unaccompanied children as Young Passengers Travelling Alone (YPTA). Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 years or older and may be refused carriage if traveling alone. Young passengers aged 12 to under 16 years may travel independently as YPTA but are not escorted or supervised by Berjaya Air.

Berjaya Air permits infants aged 9 days to under 24 months to travel when accompanied by an adult and seated on the adult’s lap. Parents or guardians must complete and sign the airline’s Form of Indemnity (FOI), and infants requiring special medical clearance may only be accepted with written approval from a medical practitioner and the airline.
