For Berjaya Air domestic flights, check-in opens 90 min and closes 30 minutes before departure. For international flights, check-in opens 3 hours and closes 1 hour before departure. Passengers must present valid identification and required travel documents and may be denied check-in or boarding if documentation is incomplete, fares remain unpaid, or if they are deemed unfit to travel.
