Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers can take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 35 m x 25 cm and weighing up to 8 kg. Economy class passengers are allowed one checked baggage item weighing 23 kg, while business class passengers can check in baggage weighing 32 kg. The checked baggage size may not exceed 158 cm (height + width + depth).

Children between 5 and 11 years old must travel as unaccompanied minors if they travel alone or without an adult (16 years and over). Children aged between 12 and 16 years old traveling alone are considered young passengers, and they cannot use our unaccompanied minors service. For children with Italian citizenship between 5 and 14 years old traveling to domestic destinations and between 5 and 15 years old traveling to international destinations, the unaccompanied minor service is compulsory.

A child under two years (24 months) is considered an infant. Infants are not admitted during the first seven days after birth. An adult must accompany each infant. No more than one infant is allowed per accompanying adult.

Transportation of animals in the cabin is subject to the following conditions: weight not exceeding 8 kg, including the travel bag or carrier; maximum dimensions of the carrier - 45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm. Animals that exceed this weight may be transported in the luggage compartment.
