Lanmei Airlines is a Cambodian airlines based in Phnom Penh. It was founded in 2016. The airline operates scheduled passenger services to over 20 destinations in Cambodia and around Asia. The fleet is made-up of A320 family aircraft and are configured in a single class layout to keep operating costs down. A focus is placed on serving Chinese destinations supporting the belt and road initiative.

Check in rules

Lanmei Airlines’ check-in counter of the airport is open 180 minutes before departure of the flight, so as to complete check-in procedures and formalities as required by the government. For Lanmei Airlines can check in online from 20 hours to 2 hour before scheduled departure. The self-service kiosks are available for check-in at most airports on the day of departure. The regular opening hours of the airport check-in desks and the baggage drop-off points at most airports are at least 2 hours or 3 hours before scheduled departure; the closing times at most airports are 40 minutes or 60 minutes before scheduled departure. Due to possible waiting times we recommend that you arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure.

Baggage

Each passenger occupying seats is entitled 15 KG checked baggage allowance. An excess baggage fee will be charged by Lanmei Airlines. The weight of carry-on baggage should not exceed 7kg, and the maximum volume should not exceed 20cm x 40cm x 55cm. Under the piece calculation system, unchecked baggage taken into the cabin may not exceed 7kg and the total length of its three edges may not exceed 115cm.

Unaccompanied minors

For safety reason and successful fly, children aged below 12 shall not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by a person of at least 18 years old. They should be aged between 12 and 16 years old and they shall be accepted for carriage only if a parent or a legal guardian signs a Lanmei Airlines Disclaimer at the time of check-in.

Pets

Unfortunately, Lanmei Airlines does not allow pets to travel on any of their flights.
