Check in rules

Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 48 hours before departure and closes 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

In the baggage compartment, the sum of your baggage's three dimensions (L+D+H) may not exceed 158 cm, including pockets, wheels, and handles, for a maximum total weight of 15 kg. In addition, the size of your hand luggage must be no more than 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm for a maximum total weight of 7 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over the age of 12 years old the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on request of parents.

Infants

A child between 14 days old and two years old is considered an infant and may travel on a parent's lap. Each adult passenger may only carry one infant on their lap subject to applicable fees. However, an additional seat must be purchased at full price if there is a second infant.

Pets

Pets that fit in a carrier under the seat can be transported in the cabin. Pets that do not fit under your seat can be transported in the luggage compartment. For pet sizes and regulations, please consult your sales office.
