Baggage

Eswatini Air currently operates short haul, all-economy flights. Passengers are entitled to a free baggage allowance which comprises carry on and checked luggage. A passenger shall be allowed to carry without extra charges one piece of luggage that can fit into the closed overboard rack or under the passenger’s seat. The maximum weight allowed is 8kg, and maximum dimensions per piece should be 56cm + 36cm + 23cm.

Unaccompanied minors

Passenger under the age of 12 travelling alone. An unaccompanied minor will receive an identification card upon arrival at the airport to wear until they get to their destination. At check-in, the accompanying adult is required to fill in a form that provides Eswatini Air with detailed information of the guardian and minor together with that of the adult meeting the unaccompanied minor at their destination.

On board of Eswatini Air: Infant seatbelts (Belly Loops) which are used together with the parent’s seatbelt to secure the infant on the parent’s lap for the duration of the flight. Infants’ life jackets which are to be used in the unlikely event of an emergency on water. Our lavatories are equipped with foldable nappy changing area. Extra oxygen masks specifically for passengers travelling with infants.
