The airline won't delay departures for late passengers. Keep valuables in carry-on luggage. Online check-in is available 24 hours to 3 hours before departure for individuals with electronic tickets, excluding groups, special categories, and those with infants. You can buy seats during online check-in. Print your boarding pass, drop checked baggage 1 hour before departure, and present the pass 40 minutes prior. Some airports may require a counter-issued pass.

Baggage

On Tbilisi Airways travel day, checked bags must have the same final destination as you. Passengers get one free 20kg checked bag (except LIGHT brand) and a carry-on plus personal item. Bag fees, which are non-refundable, vary by destination and may apply for extra, oversized, or specialty items. Carry-ons should be 23x40x55 cm or smaller, fitting overhead. Personal items go under the seat. Bags not fitting will be collected pre-boarding and returned plane-side. Besides a carry-on, passengers can have a personal item like a laptop or purse. Diaper bags, strollers, and medical devices aren't counted as bags.

Unaccompanied minors

A child aged between 5 and 14 traveling without an accompanying adult aged 18 or older, or without their parent regardless of the parent's age, is considered an unaccompanied minor on Tbilisi Airways. We do not permit children under 5 to fly unescorted. Tbilisi Airways only accepts unaccompanied minors on its direct flights. Until boarding, a parent or a responsible adult must be with the child. This adult should stay at the departure gate until the plane departs. Upon arrival, another trusted adult must greet the minor at the destination gate.
