Online check-in can only be done 36 to 3 hours before departure. You can also check in at the airport. Check-in desks open 2 hours before departure.

EasyFly allows you to carry in the luggage compartment a suitcase weighing up to 15 kg with dimensions of 25 cm x 40 cm x 61 cm and 5 kg of hand baggage with dimensions of 25 cm x 35 cm x 40 cm (width, length, height). Items for infants and children such as: strollers, walkers, baby seats or folding playpens can be checked in and carried instead of the baggage space included in the paid fare.

Children between the ages of five and eleven, if they are not traveling with their parents or a responsible adult, must request the recommended passenger service through our call center in Bogotá. This service is not available to children flying with a connection. In any case, minors will only be accepted if it is ensured that they arrive before 11:00 p.m.

Children under 23 months of age may travel on national routes without paying a fee if they are traveling in the arms of an adult passenger and do not occupy an extra seat. If an adult wants a child to occupy a seat, he/she must pay the ticket price. The airline will not carry children under fourteen days of age unless a duly accredited and authorized physician approves the trip in writing.
