Check in rules

WizzAir Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check in online for your flight between 14 days and 3 hours before your scheduled departure time. If you are checking a bag, you must be at the baggage drop desk no later than 40 minutes before your scheduled departure time. If you are not checking a bag, you must be at WizzAir boarding gate no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. If you have pre-booked assistance, you must arrive at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Baggage

WizzAir carry-on baggage allowance: up to 10 kg, maximum dimensions - 40 x 30 x 20 cm. Such hand baggage must fit under the seat in the front. Cabin baggage allowance at extra charge: up to 10 kg, maximum dimensions - 55 x 40 x 23 cm. Such hand baggage must fit on the upper shelf. Each WizzAir passenger can check in up to six pieces of luggage. There is no free baggage allowance. The luggage limits are: 10 kg, 20 kg or 32 kg, 149 x 119 x 171 cm.

Unaccompanied minors

Wizz Air does not carry unaccompanied minors under 14 years. Children under the age of 14 years must always be accompanied by a passenger over 16 years. Passengers who are 14 or 15-years-old may fly alone, but cannot be responsible for a child under the age of 14.

Infants

Infants are defined by WizzAir as children under two years of age. Infants less than 14 days old are not allowed on board. Infants may fly without a seat on the aircraft. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. One infant may fly with one adult.
