At Wingo you can do Check-in for your flight from 72 hours to 3 hours before departure via your mobile phone or by printing your boarding pass. You must show up 3 hours before the flight. The counter closes your international flight check-in 1 hour before your departure. You must be in the boarding room 1 hour before the flight departure, the doors of the aircraft close 15 minutes before the flight departure time.

Baggage

Wingo Airline should receive your luggage in the lounge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight. Only one (1) personal item per traveler is allowed. Grocery bags, gifts, purchases and any item other than your personal item that does not meet the dimensions will be charged as cabin baggage before the flight. If you do not comply with the measurements of the personal item (Height 40cm, length 35cm, width 25cm) and the amount allowed in your fare, you will pay the value corresponding to cabin baggage. Unaccompanied minors

Pets

Wingo only transports pets (cats and dogs) on domestic and some international flights. Wingo does not provide crates or kennels. By purchasing this service, you will be able to carry your pet with you on the plane's cabin, upon paying the following extra fee. Due to regulations of the authorities in each country, the transport of pets for flights to and from Aruba, Curaçao and Havana is not allowed. Only six (6) pets are allowed on each flight. In any case, only one (1) pet per passenger is allowed. Pets under 8 weeks old are not accepted. If you are traveling with pets, you will not be able to select seats in the first rows or next to the emergency exits. The pet must remain inside the container during all phases of the flight.
