優點

The plane made it to the destination.

Cons：

Worse than Ryanair. As a taller person, I’m used to minor discomfort, but TAP has perfected it. Normally, when I sit next to my wife or someone smaller, I can use the space between the seats (behind the armrests) for my knees. However, in this aircraft the design is so impractical that there’s absolutely no extra space, unlike on other planes (or seats).

優點

Although we left 25 min late, they made up most of that time, which was positive.

Cons：

The non-reclining seats are not that comfortable. I guess I could have tried to pay extra for seats in the front which supposedly do recline.
