Plane is new, clean, and "looks" comfortable.

If you are tall with long legs you will struggle with the seat spacing. At 192cm Knees don't fit behind the seat nor behind the armrests of the seat in front. Either book a different airline with more space or upgrade to the comfort seats or above. I would say I'm luckier with Ryanair from the design of the seat to get my knees behind the armrests, but this is just brutal.

The plane made it to the destination.

Worse than Ryanair. As a taller person, I’m used to minor discomfort, but TAP has perfected it. Normally, when I sit next to my wife or someone smaller, I can use the space between the seats (behind the armrests) for my knees. However, in this aircraft the design is so impractical that there’s absolutely no extra space, unlike on other planes (or seats).

Although we left 25 min late, they made up most of that time, which was positive.

The non-reclining seats are not that comfortable. I guess I could have tried to pay extra for seats in the front which supposedly do recline.
