Cons：

some of the experience ratings are relevant, some are mostly editorial...not complaining just stating the obvious.

Companion pass is holding this airline together.

Cons：

The 700's are all old planes, and the seats are extremely cramped unless you (now) pay a 30% upcharge for more leg room. Wi-Fi & entertainment are always glitchy. SW is no longer a budget friendly airline, yet still doesn't compete on services vs the big boys. A-List status is virtually pointless.

My drink was good. Normally I don’t drink but it was to kill the pain.

Cons：

We sat in 1 D and 1E most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever had. My butt hurt for days. Very narrow like a steel box armrest fixed, ours did not recline. Hard seats. Avoid at all cost.
