You can check in online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in for the airline's scheduled domestic flights opens at the airport 1 hour 30 minutes before departure time, except for flights departing from Sheremetyevo airport - 6 hours before departure; for international flights, check-in starts 2 hours before departure time indicated on the ticket. Online check-in starts 24 hours and finishes 4 hours before the flight departure.

Passengers are allowed one piece of checked baggage up to 15 kg with dimensions not exceeding 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions. In addition, each passenger may take on board hand baggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 20 cm, weighing up to 8 kg.

Children from 5 to 12 years old may be carried both accompanied by an adult passenger and under the supervision of airline staff. At the request of parents, adoptive parents, guardians or custodians, transportation under the supervision of the airline staff may be provided to a child under the age of 16.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children under two years of age may fly free of charge and, on certain routes, receive a 90% discount on the adult fare.

A passenger may carry one container with a pet in the cabin. One or two animals of the same species of any age may be placed in the container. The weight of the container may not exceed 8 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 115 cm in the sum of three dimensions. No more than two seats with pets/birds are allowed for carriage in an aircraft cabin per flight.
