Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. For example, Check-in for flights between the Canary Islands and Madeira - Porto Santo ends 30 minutes before scheduled departure. For other national (non-island) and international flights, check-in closes 50 minutes before the scheduled departure time, except for flights from Africa, which closes 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

The airline allows passengers to take one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 8 kg and with luggage dimensions of 45 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm. Passengers are allowed 30 kg in business class and 20 kg in economy class. Any baggage exceeding the check-in baggage allowance will be charged per kg.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Newborn babies can travel after 48 hours of life, but it is recommended that they be a week old before traveling. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane. The infant must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets

Binter Canarias allows pets to travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier doesn't exceed 8 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 45 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm. All Animals must be accommodated in a sufficiently ventilated pet carrier that is both waterproof and secure.
