This can be done two hours before the scheduled departure time, with the check-in desk closing 40 minutes before on all flights, except for flights departing from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK), where the check-in deadline is 60 minutes before the flight.

Baggage

Passengers are given one item of free carry-on baggage. This must weigh no more than 7kg (15 lbs) and be no larger than 50 x 40 x 20cm (19.6" x 15.7" x 7.8"). Passengers are given a free checked baggage allowance of 20kg (44 lbs) on most flights. However, this may differ depending on the fare purchased and the route flown. No one piece of the checked bag must not exceed the combined dimensions of 158cm (62").

Unaccompanied minors

Cambodia Airways does not offer Unaccompanied Minor (UM) services; therefore, children within this range of older than two (2) years yet younger than twelve (12) years must be accompanied by an adult passenger during their journey.

Infants

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not have a separate seat and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case you must buy one seat for one infant, and the other can sit on the adult's lap.

Pets

Cambodia Airways permits assistance, guide, and hearing dogs in the cabin according to law, but they must be properly secured and cannot occupy seats. Small animals must travel in an approved container with necessary health and vaccination documents, and entry permits for the destination and transit points. Without these, the animal will be denied carriage.
