Passengers are entitled to one personal item on board with a maximum size of 45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm or heavier than 10 kg. Any checked baggage on an airline flight may not exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions. The total weight allowed is 32 kg.

Children over the age of six can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 6-11 years old. For children over the age of 12 years old the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on request of parents.

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one child and the other may be held on the lap.
