Baggage
FLYYO allows passengers one carry-on bag up to 8 kg with dimensions not exceeding 55 × 40 × 20 cm (115 cm total), plus one personal item such as a handbag, briefcase, or laptop bag up to 40 × 30 × 15 cm. Standard checked baggage allowance is 20 kg with maximum dimensions of 120 × 100 × 80 cm. Passengers traveling together may combine checked baggage, but no single bag may exceed 32 kg. Excess or oversized baggage may incur additional fees and may need to be checked into the aircraft hold.

FLYYO requires the Unaccompanied Minor service for children aged 6–12 years, while it is optional for children aged 12–15 years upon parental request. The service provides supervision from check-in until handover to the designated parent or guardian at the destination and must be arranged and paid for in advance, as spaces are limited. Children under 6 years are not permitted to travel alone, and the accompanying adult at departure must remain at the airport until the flight departs.

Infants under 2 years of age may travel on an adult’s lap without a separate seat, with one infant permitted per adult. A separate child ticket must be purchased if a seat is required. Infants are not entitled to cabin baggage but may travel with one checked bag up to 5 kg free of charge, plus one collapsible stroller, carrycot, or infant car seat.
