Online check-in is available for passengers 24 hours before departure. Check-in is also available at the airport. Check-in desks open 2 hours before departure.

Passengers can take a bag or an object with them at no extra charge. Hand luggage may not exceed the dimensions (max 43x30x16 cm) and weigh no more than 8 kg. Free checked-in baggage allowance: maximum weight 20kg, maximum dimensions: 70x40x30cm.

Minor escort service is defined as the transportation of a minor who, on the date of travel, is five years of age and under 12 years of age and is traveling under the custody of an airline official. The service is not mandatory for minors between the ages of 13 and 17. The responsible adult must inform the airline of their requirements or needs at least 24 hours in advance of the trip and must advise that the minor is in good health to travel.

An infant is defined as a minor under two years of age on the date of travel, but over 10 days old and traveling without a seat when accompanied by a responsible adult. The infant will travel on the lap of his or her responsible adult with the seat belt fastened in advance. The infant requires an airline ticket, even if he or she is not paying for travel. If the responsible adult wishes the infant to have a separate seat, he/she must pay the cost of the ticket and bring an internationally approved infant seat for use on the plane. Children under the age of 10 days are not carried by the airline.

Currently, the pet service is not available due to government regulations for entry into Aruba, Curacao and Colombia.
