Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers of Tez Jet flights are allowed one piece of carry-on baggage per person. The weight of hand luggage may not exceed 5 kg. Passengers of Tez Jet flights are entitled to one piece of check-in baggage weighing not more than 15 kg. Additional luggage can be purchased, but no piece of luggage may weigh more than 20 kg.
