Check in rules
SUM Air check-in opens 90 minutes before departure and closes 30 minutes prior, with boarding taking place from 25 to 10 minutes before departure. Passengers are advised to arrive at least 60 minutes before the flight to ensure a smooth process, as late arrivals may be denied boarding. Online and mobile check-in are available from 24 hours up to 35 minutes before departure, allowing passengers without checked baggage to proceed directly to the gate.

SUM Air allows passengers one piece of carry-on baggage up to 8 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 35 × 20 × 45 cm (total 100 cm); items exceeding limits or cabin space may be checked and additional fees may apply. Checked baggage includes one free piece up to 15 kg, with total dimensions not exceeding 150 cm, and no single item may exceed 32 kg.

SUM Air accepts infants aged 7 days to under 24 months, who travel without a separate seat and must be accompanied by an adult, with one infant permitted per adult. Infant age is verified on the date of travel, and valid identification must be presented at check-in. Due to safety limits, a maximum of 4 infants per flight is allowed.

SUM Air allows a limited number of pets (up to 3 per aircraft, 1 per adult) in the cabin only, including domestic dogs, cats, and birds. The combined weight of the pet and carrier must not exceed 8 kg, and the carrier must fit under the seat (max 86 cm total dimensions) with the pet remaining inside at all times. Certain restrictions apply (e.g., no fierce dogs or birds of prey), and advance booking through the Customer Center is required.
