Outstanding and extremely professional flight attendants, really good Sichuan food, cute Panda theming, clean bathrooms. Reclines pretty far in economy, not bad for a 21 hour flight.

Cons：

Website and app are useless - need to know someone Chinese to use a Chinese app to book this airline. Doesn't code share with other airlines, so you have to be careful with connections. Hard to find flights on Google, so easy to overlook.
