Check in rules

Web check-in service is available from 6 hours to 2 hours before departure. For Indonesia Domestic Flights, reporting time check-in starts 2 hours before departure, and check-in counters close 45 minutes before departure time for all classes of passengers. In addition, the boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes before departure time.

Baggage

Passenger is entitled to 1 carry-on bag and one personal item on board the aircraft. Your hand baggage may not exceed three dimensions 40 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm (15" x 11" x 7"), and weigh 7 kg (15 lbs). Checked baggage weighing 20 kg (44 pounds) is free. Infants do not receive a free baggage allowance. Each item must weigh at most 32 kg and meet the allowable dimensions set by the airline. The airline may charge a fee for carrying oversized items.

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants and may travel for free, provided they do not occupy a separate seat. If necessary, a separate seat can be purchased for an infant at the child fare. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight.
