Baggage

Passengers are allowed to take hand luggage on board weighing up to 10 kg. Total linear dimensions (length + width + height) must be 115 cm or less. Individual dimensions cannot exceed 55 cm × 40 cm × 25 cm. The free baggage allowance for each passenger is up to 20 kg.

Children over the age of six can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 6-7 years old. Minor escort service is not compulsory for children 7-11 years old and can be booked at parents' request. No escort service is available for children over 11 years old.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under three years of age. Infants may fly for free without a seat on the plane. Instead, the infant must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets

Dogs and cats can be transported as checked baggage with Solaseed Air. The cargo hold is cooled to the same temperature as the cabin. Only 1 pet is permitted to travel in each carrier in the hold. For pets traveling as checked baggage, carriers should not exceed the following dimensions: extra small carriers are 35 cm × 50 cm × 35 cm; small carriers are 40 cm × 55 cm × 40 cm; medium carriers are 50 cm × 70 cm × 55 cm; large carriers is 55 cm × 80 cm × 60 cm; extra large carriers is 65 cm × 95 cm × 70 cm.
