Pros:

A LOT of extra leg room. Not near the bathrooms.

Cons:

This "window" seat doesn't really have a window. It's set slightly back. But more importantly, even though you get extra leg room forward, the wall juts inwardly, and so, you have only about 2/3 space laterally. This works if you're a narrow person, but doesn't work as well for the average person. The aisle seat in this row doesn't have that problem.
