GX Airlines' online check-in and seat selection are available only for certain domestic flights, with limitations for flights not supported by the system, during flight delays, or for special circumstances where passengers must check in at the airport counter. The airline does not accept electronic boarding passes; passengers who check in online must print boarding passes at the airport, arriving 2 hours before departure for this, baggage check-in, and security checks. Boarding gates generally close 15 minutes before departure. This service supports adults and children, but special passengers like elderly, sick, disabled, pregnant, unaccompanied children, or those with infants should use the airport manual counter. Online check-in aligns with airport opening hours, usually starting at 14:00 the day before the flight, and closes 120 minutes before departure.

Unless otherwise specified, the weight allowance of checked baggage cannot exceed 32Kg and the maximum volume should not exceed 40cm x 60cmx 100cm. The baggage which exceeds above regulations should be transported as previouslydetermined by GX Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines. Carry-On Baggage which the passenger carries on to the aircraft must fit under the seat infront of the passenger or in an enclosed storage compartment in the cabin. Unless otherwise specified, the weight of carry-on baggage should not exceed 7Kg, and the maximum volume should not exceed 20cm x 40cm x 55cm.

GX Airlines provides a specialized "Unaccompanied Minors" service for children aged 5 to under 12 years old traveling alone, ensuring their safety and comfort from check-in to landing. The number of reservations for unaccompanied minors is limited for quality and safety reasons. Bookings should be made at least 60 minutes before departure through Beibu Gulf Airlines' ticket office or the 95370 customer service hotline. When booking, the child's household register or birth certificate and the parent or guardian's ID card are required, along with the contact details of the person picking up the child at both departure and arrival points. The service of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines is not available for children under 5, deaf-mute or blind children under 12, without airline consent, if the ticket is issued by an unauthorized office, or on long domestic and international cross-border flights.

GX Guangxi Beibu Gulf Airlines defines infant passengers as those aged 14 days to under 2 years, who must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old with full civil capacity. Infants are ticketed at 10% of the regular adult fare and do not occupy a separate seat, with each adult allowed to bring only one infant. The airline does not transport infants under 14 days old and premature babies under 90 days old due to health concerns, particularly related to respiratory function and air pressure changes during flight. To ensure safety and operational control, the maximum number of infants allowed on E190 flights is 15, and on A320 flights, it is 20. For booking infant tickets, reservations can only be made through customer service, authorized agents, or counters directly affiliated with Beibu Gulf Airlines. Requests must be made more than 90 minutes before the flight's departure. If the request is made less than 90 minutes prior, the issuance of infant tickets cannot be guaranteed. Adult passengers must provide the original birth certificate or household register of the infant, along with their own original ID card, and a copy of these documents must be kept for reference during ticket issuance.

GX Beibu Gulf Airlines permits passengers with specific needs to bring assistance animals into the cabin, with some limitations to ensure safety and smooth cabin service. For the transport of assistance animals, passengers must provide valid certificates from an appropriate institution, including an Animal quarantine certificate, Animal training certificate, Animal card, or Animal identity card. Additionally, for international and regional flights, passengers should prepare valid exit/entry documents issued by the relevant government for their assistance animals at least 7 days prior to departure. This preparation ensures that all necessary health and safety requirements are met for the welfare of the animal, other passengers, and the smooth operation of the flight.
