Check in rules
The check-in deadline for a flight we perform is 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. You must be at the gate at least 30 minutes before departure. If you do not arrive at the gate by this time, your reserved seat may be canceled. Online check-in is available 24 hours before your flight.

The airline allows passengers to take 8kg of baggage weight per person and not exceed above the maximum dimensions of 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm (height x width x depth). Z Air passengers are permitted to bring 23kg of and to measure no more than 158 linear centimeters (length + width + height). Any additional baggage will be charged at the current excess baggage rate.

Children 5 to 14 years old must travel as unaccompanied minors when not traveling with a person at least 15 years old. Children 15 and older may request and pay for the unaccompanied minor service. Unaccompanied minors are accepted only on direct flights that do not require a change of aircraft or flight number.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants less than 14 days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants may fly without a seat on the aircraft. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Animals, except guide animals, must be transported following the airline's baggage regulations and be considered as checked or unchecked baggage, depending on the size of the container. All animals, except guide animals, must be kept in the container. Wild animals for research and educational purposes (alive or not) may be transported with proper documentation from government authorities, provided all other baggage rules are followed.
