Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends six hours before departure. Passengers can check in at the airport for their flight by visiting one of the check-in agents and the check-in desk. The airport check-in deadline is one hour before the scheduled flight departure time if you have baggage to drop off. Whereas, airport check-in deadline is 45 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time if you only have carry-on baggage or no baggage at all.

Passengers are entitled to one item of carry-on baggage and one personal item. Carry-on baggage must not exceed 5kg in weight and must fit within the dimensions of 43cm x 34cm x 20cm. Personal items must fit within the dimensions of 15cm x 20cm x 10cm. Passengers are allowed 15kg of checked baggage, included in their ticket price.

Children under the age of two are considered infants. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant and the other can be on the lap of the adult.

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Satena. Pets traveling with Satena Airlines will be transported as checked baggage. Only one pet is permitted to travel in each carrier in the hold, and each passenger is only allowed to travel with one carrier. Carriers must be fiberglass with adequate ventilation for pets traveling as checked baggage.
