Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in is available from 72 hours to 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Check-in for JetSMART flights in Argentina begins 120 minutes before departure and closes 40 minutes for all domestic flights.

JetSMART does not provide a free checked baggage allowance. However, it can be purchased through the JetSMART website. The weight of a single piece of luggage must not exceed 23 kg, and its total size must not exceed 158 cm. JetSMART Argentina allows passengers to carry one piece of carry-on baggage per passenger free of charge. This luggage must weigh no more than 8 kg and measure 45 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm.

The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not have a separate seat and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost of international flights is 10% of the regular adult fare. If one adult travels with two infants, a child ticket must be purchased for one of the infants.
