Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Online check-in closing time shall be 90 minutes before scheduled departure. Online check-in service shall not be applicable to special passengers, including infants, children, pregnant woman, wheelchair passengers, disabled servicemen, etc. In addition, online check-in service shall not be applicable to any adult passenger with infant(s).

First Class passengers are allowed two pieces of carry-on baggage, and business and economy class passengers one piece of carry-on baggage. The hand luggage size may not exceed 20 cm * 40 cm * 55 cm, and the weight may not exceed 5 kg. In addition, passengers are allowed one checked baggage item free of charge: first class - up to 40kg, business class - up to 30kg, economy class - up to 20kg.

Unaccompanied minors can travel on Shenzhen Airlines direct domestic flights. The Unaccompanied Minor service is designed for unaccompanied children from 5 to 12 years old who are traveling unaccompanied . Shenzhen Airlines also provides services for children over 12 years old and under 18 years old at the request of parents/guardians.

Infant passenger: refers to any passenger over 14 days old (if the passenger is premature, he/she must be over 90 days old) but less than two years old on the day of checking in. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. Children over two years of age must have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Small animals may only be transported as checked baggage. The total weight of the animal and the carrier may not exceed 32 kg. Three animals from the same litter may travel together in the same carrier if their total weight does not exceed the limit and they are less than six months old. In addition, two small animals weighing up to 14 kg who are used to living together may travel together in the same carrier.
