The 777-200ER was the second variant of Boeing's successful Triple Seven family. Initially marketed as the B777-200IGW for "Increased Gross Weight", it entered service with British Airways in 1997 and was an all round more capable aircraft with better range and performance. The 777-200ER eventually became the second most popular variant with over 400 units built. It boasted a range of 7065nm (13080km) with a typical two class load of 313 passengers. The last example of the variant was delivered by Boeing in 2013.
