Hebei Airlines is a Chinese airline based at Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport. The airline started operations in 2010 and was originally known as Northeast Airlines. The airline is a subsidiary of Xiamen Airlines and the cabin layout of its fleet has a similar layout. Hebei Airlines operates a fleet of Boeing 737-800 and Embraer E190 aircraft. It has also ordered the new locally produced COMAC C919 narrow body airliner. Baggage

Hebei Airlines' luggage policy stipulates that each piece of checked luggage must not exceed 50 kilograms in weight and dimensions of 40×60×100 cm. Baggage exceeding these limits requires prior consent from Hebei Airlines. For domestic flights, business class passengers are allowed two pieces of unchecked (carry-on) baggage, while economy and enjoy economy class passengers can carry one piece. Infants

Hebei Airlines' policy for infant transportation defines infants as passengers under two years old on the travel date. Full-term newborns less than 14 days old and premature babies less than 90 days old are not permitted to fly. Infants don't occupy a separate seat and are charged 10% of the adult fare without a free baggage allowance, but a cradle or foldable stroller is allowed. Infants must travel with an adult, with each adult allowed to carry only one infant. They cannot sit in exit rows or travel alone. The infant's age is considered as of the start of the journey, with no extra fare if they turn two during the journey. The maximum number of infants on a flight is limited to less than the total number of rows, with only one infant per connected row of seats. For children (ages 2-12), tickets are 50% of the full fare with free baggage allowance, and age proof is required at purchase.
