Check in rules

Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 25 cm, and weighing up to 10 kg. Maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied Minors are children above five years and under 12 years of age who travel alone. The request for an escort must be made at least seven days before the travel date. For children over the age of 12, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be ordered at the request of parents.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one child, and the other may be held on your lap.

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Jubba Airways. Animals can be transported as checked baggage on some flights with Jubba Airways. They will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Passengers traveling with pets will be charged an excess baggage fee.
