Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Each passenger can travel with two hand luggage items without any additional costs, as long as they are within the stipulated limits: item dimensions cannot exceed 55x40x25cm; item weight cannot exceed 8 kg. In addition, each passenger is allowed to travel with a maximum of two checked baggage items, as long as they are within the stipulated limits: item dimensions cannot exceed 33x55x85cm; item weight cannot exceed 25 kg.

Children 5 to 14 years old must travel as unaccompanied minors when not traveling with a person at least 15 years old. Children 15 and older may request and pay for the unaccompanied minor service. Unaccompanied minors are accepted only on direct flights that do not require a change of aircraft or flight number.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane. Children over two years of age are required to have their own seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets are always carried as checked baggage. Depending on the compartment size, some pets may be carried as hand luggage if permitted by the carrier.
