Baggage
Passengers are allowed to carry checked baggage not exceeding 23 kg free of charge. Baggage over 23 kg is subject to an excess baggage fee, which increases with the weight of your bag. The maximum weight and dimensions of hand luggage will be indicated at the time of booking.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' accompanying service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Infants do not have a separate seat and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost of international flights is 10% of the regular adult fare. If one adult travels with two infants, a child ticket must be purchased for one of the infants.

The airline only allows small dogs, cats, and rabbits on domestic flights as check-in baggage. The floor of the pet container must be covered with absorbent material. Newborn animals under four weeks of age or weighing less than 2 kg are not allowed. The weight of the animal together with the container may not exceed 15 kg (animal + container).
