Key Lime Air Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure.

Key Lime Air Passengers have a free carry-on baggage allowance of one personal item. It must measure 18 x 14 x 8 inches and must be stored under the seats on the plane. The free checked baggage allowance is not included in the ticket price.

The unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for a child aged 5-12 traveling without an adult. Children ages 12-17 are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors, but the Key Lime Air service is also optional for this age group.

A baby between 14 days old and two years old is considered as an infant by Key Lime Air and can travel on the parent's lap. If you wish, you can buy a seat on the airplane for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.
