Baggage

The following baggage allowances apply. For Business Class - 2 checked-in baggage items weighing no more than 32 kg and with overall dimensions not exceeding 158 cm (sum of three dimensions). For Economy Class - 1 checked-in piece weighing not more than 23 kg and with overall dimensions not more than 158 cm. For infants under two years old without a seat in all fare classes - 1 checked-in item weighing no more than 10 kg and with dimensions not exceeding 115 cm on the sum of three dimensions. Cabin baggage for business class - 1 piece not exceeding 10 kg; for economy class - 1 piece not exceeding 8 kg. The overall dimensions of hand baggage may not exceed 115 cm on the sum of three dimensions.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. For children 5-15 years old, a minors' escort service is compulsory. For children over the age of 15 years old a minor escort service is not compulsory and can be ordered at the request of parents.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the aircraft. An adult passenger may buy a ticket without a separate seat only for one accompanying child under two years of age. For other children, tickets must be purchased with separate seats in the cabin. Two or more children who are given a separate seat in the aircraft will be charged 75% of the adult fare.

Pets

Dogs, cats, monkeys, and birds can travel with their owners in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. The weight of such animals is not included in the free baggage allowance and is paid according to the rules set for excess baggage. Animals and birds weighing more than 8 kg with a cage are carried only in baggage compartments as checked baggage.
